Thats sad. Especially disneyland. I bet thats a real eye catcher for the kids. I bet disney is gonna take a hit in the head with financial problems because not as many people. Or it will resume as normal on all the other rides. Who knows.

Ouch, that is not good. That will probably hurt the income for Disney quite a bit as nobody wants to fear for their kids life. I am thinking everybody assumed the rides were 100% safe until now. Nothing like a bit of real fear to keep the crowd away.

not knowing how it happened isn't comforting to me at all. The ride is
almost 24yo, so something was bound to break. I don't ride old coasters
for this exact reason.

I've ridden that specific one 2 times tho, and to think it could have been
me is quite frightening.

when I rode them, the rides were much newer. It was 20 and 16 yrs ago.
