besides it shouldn't matter bacuse the only reason the oceans move clockwise/counter clockwise is the water closer to the equator is moving faster then the water fartur from the equator. yo bacisally presuures look like this

with the greater presuure going west on the bottom (northern hemishere) the water turns clockwise
