The school goes out and buys a lab of atleast 30 new 1000$ dells. I mean I know they probably got the batch for 15 grand or less, but that's still a crazy ammount:

Our school is buying any needed computers from dell now, but only replacement ones, not new whole labs, but with crt monitors.

Those LCD (or whichever ones they are) look nice, out school only has one and it's locked to the desk (it's for the computer techer).

We have three labs with atleast 30 workstations each. It's some crazy stuff. Two of them have flat-panel's in them. We also have 10 more flat panels in the library. Crazy stuff.

My school has two mac labs, one with all G5s for the art classes, and 3 xp labs, and 1 2k lab. all the labs have about 25-30 comptuers in them. Also there are about 5-6 other classes with 3-4 computers in them, and all classes have a computer for the teacher. we might also make another lab.
In one of the XP labs, it's a cisco networking acadamy lab, so it has thousands and thousands of dollars worth of cisco routers+switches. The funny thing is, is that lab was broken into twice, and they stole three cheap laptops (after leaving the power supply and NICs) that were just for terminal emulation for the routers.
I think that's why we don't have any flat pannels, becuase they will get stolen, we also had to get all optical mouses because within the first week, one year, all the mouse balls were stolen,
