Thanks - are we all getting used cars for Christmas this year?
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

"If there's no Christmas, there's no Easter, and if there's no Easter, there's no Christians!"

A friend from Church - we were talking about this yesterday...

So do you have an aluminum pole for your festivus decoration? And when do you plan on partaking in the festivus meat loaf?
Like Mr Spork, I also write about my interest in alcoholic beverages.

I can kind of like the more paganistic side of Christmas* -- which it does very clearly have a pre-Jesus, non-Christian origin, just the Christians co-opted it (like anything else they get their dirty little mittens on) for their own more or less political purposes.

No offence tho. Happy holidays everyone!

*by which I mean an excuse for drunken revelry, et al.

Yeah, actually I have a pole, but it's not true to scale. It's about the size of a walking stick. I plan on making my wife go thru the grievances and feats just for grins and giggles, but I doubt I can talk her into making meat loaf. :)
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

Well, I say Merry Christmas to all of you. Our saviour is born!

Secular, pagan, Christian, socialist-neo-con...it's all good!

Have a great weekend, holiday, holy day, whatevah.

I wish all of you nothing but peace and good will.
