Hi all

New to this site and also to techonology !

My daughter has moved away to spain and to help keep cost down we have both set up on MSN messenger complete with headsets.

Now when i try call (by clicking on the telephone icon) it lets me know its rining at my end and she says it rings at hers then when she tries to accpet we cant hear each other or it fails.
This happens when she tries to call me also.

Does anyone have any advice or maybe another way of talking to her ?

Many thanks

With MSN Messenger there is an Audio setup that you both need to do first. Same thing if you are actually using a webcam. Go to Tools>Audio and Video Setup and run through the setup wizard.
