My mom got herself into some online commerce sale site/job... it's a work at home time thing.

What I want to know/figure out is the legitimacy of it... any ideas? What do you guys think?

Just typing in their name in google gave me this post as the second item:
click

Also, as a general rule, an employee should NEVER charge you to start working for them. If they do, it's generally a scam.

I was also thinking of things similar to what ATNO/TW posted..

What will she do from home working for this company? That should make things more clear.

A general rule of thumb is if you are unsure about it just keep it moving along. That site looks like they charge a fee to train or teach you different methods to make money online. I couldn't find what they were charging, but probably too much. Have your mom join some webmaster forums and gobble up the information. Better than paying for rehashed information.

It's pretty much running an online store and getting most of the profits to herself... or so she told me.

The problem with this is that she first told me about this and told me what I think about it... I said it's most likely a scam and to forget about it.

The next day she comes up to me and tells me she paid the beginning price and that we already have the login and everything!!!

Since she paid for it already I'm thinking I might as well and go ahead with it (minus spending extra money) and see where it leads.

I'm just not exactly sure how to go along with this... I'm a bit disappointed with my mom for it but I understand.

Thanks for that post ATNO/TW

How much did she pay? businesses are hard enough to run, I wouldnt invest time into something unless I was certain of the reward.

Think of how much time gets lost online trying to earn money, even people who know exactly what they are doing cant get it right.

More reading books less paying for things your uncertain about :)

Don't know how much she paid... she didn't say.
