I know that this is more of a tech site but I got into the draft this past weekend. I'm sure also that the teams use some kind of computer assessment. I have one thing to say from a avid OSU Buckeyes fan.

How can the Heisman trophy winner - Troy Smith be the LAST pick in the fifth round.

Kudos to the Cincy Bengals for their draft they needed defense and got it although I wish they would of taken Smith instead of the QB they got.

New England is going to be so kick arse next year.

I hope not, I hate that team. I never cared for them. Just something about them I don't like. No reason just completely irrational.

Being a Steelers fan, I by nature don't like them either, but they made some darn good picks.

NE got Randy Moss and very lucky they are the team to beat. Although I have to tell you I lived in Pittsburgh but I', not very fond of them after they hurt my QB Carson Palmer!

Go Bengals

Go Bucks!

And I definitely don't like the Bungals *lol. Sorry about the Palmer thing. It was an accident.

Tampa Bay going after defence this year is definately a weird feeling, I've grown used to their D being rock solid for the last umptod years.

Image
I don't like Adams, I can see a few good drives by the oppisition ruining the rest of his game.
He seems like he's going to be responsible for a fight or two.

Image
Sears seems like he's got a good attitude, I really like this guy, he's patient.

Image
I liked Black for OLB/SS untill I read the following quote, I can see this guy getting into a performance-enhancing scandal or some sort of off the field trouble.
Quote:
needs to be monitored in the training room (does what is asked, nothing more)

Image
Jackson is huge for a CB.
Hopefully TB can break him of his tendency to smash people & get him to start going after the ball more often.

Image
Somthing about Petersons' tendency to dissapear for extended periods late in games worries me, especially with Adams around.

Image
What the hell was TB thinking when they picked Hayward ?!
This guy changes his mind more than I change my underwear !

Image
Keep an eye out for Denman on somebodys injury list.
Why yes, yes I am.

Wow spent some time with the pics Thanks!

As for the steelers I know it was an accident with Palmer but for some reason after living there you either love them or hate them there's no middle ground! I actually started out cheering for them but by the time I left there it was the opposite. Sorry brother!

Todd,

Troy Smith is less than average. He's to small and can't handle speed. If the Gators whoooped him then what do you think would happen if he faced men 2 to 3 seconds quicker?
1st round quarterbacks are a waste of a pick they never devleop or live up to the hype. Exception- Peyton Manning maybe Ben but then again maybe not.
What about *plum*? .

David I'm crushed. Hmm Heisman trophy = Best player in college football = can't play pros? Doesn't add up to me.

By the way Ben is overrated. Although I'm pretty sure there's some first rounders at the QB position that made it. Think abou that one.

Troy was the best player against kids not men, he just doesn't have what it takes for the position in the pros. Florida killed him with speed, he didn't have a chance against it. His superior passing numbers from the season = nothing when it mattered. When you play against teams that only have six good players or less, he made it look easy by running all over the place not to mention he enjoyed some of the best field position in the division. Florida showed everyone that when he had to go more than fifty yards he couldn't do it. Quarterbacks really should stick to passing if they want to be in the pro's; all the scrambling in the world doesn't really get you a winning record, just look at Vick, even McNabb has slowed or refrained from running. Defenses are way more quick in the pro game than in college game. The players may avoid them in the beginning, but eventually they catch them.

David Hello - Just so you know I watched every OSU game this year and you are completely misjudging Troy the best college football player in the NCAA last year. He seldom rushed unless he had to and was an amazing passer. Yes he's not 6'5" like the standard pro but I also liked Doug Flutie and every time they put him in he seemed to jump start the team. FYI Doug FLutie is currently the ONLY American to be nominated into the Canadian Football league Hall of Fame. He was good Troy will be good, I just wish my beloved Bengals drafted him instead of some no name from nowhere in the 4th (or was it 3rd no name round) round.
