Have you ever gone into a bar and found that the noise level is so loud that it is quite difficult sometimes to talk people?

A student studying in Edinburgh has designed a solution to help people talk to each other clearly through the noise...

I heard that bar owners keep the noise level high because to talk over it, makes people more thirsty. I won't go to those places. I prefer live music, anyway.

It is a kind of business policy on the part of the bar owners to make people crave for more drinks.
