Ok. Here I go.

When I want to stay logged in, I click the little 'keep me logged in' box, I login, but when i x out the window, and then open a new window and come back, I am not logged in! What is up with that? I do not clear cookies, cache, history or anything!

your cookies has to be deleting..... Only thing that i can think of!

actually do this clear out your cookies completely, with your browsers all closed then reopen the browser and login, see if that fixes it.

Usually that will fix the problem as Gadget Guru has described. Delete the ozzu cookies (or all your cookies) and then make sure all your browsers are closed. This is important. ALL browsers, otherwise the cookie will still be retained in the memory. Then start a IE and goto Ozzu and login and check the box. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.
