Lol, well how about I put it this way..

My father is a loss assessor for one of Australias largest insurance companies, before that he used to paint cars for 31 years. The first time I ever worked on a car, like helping my Dad prepare to paint it was when I was 3 years old. When I was 7, my best friend was a guy who fixed crashed cars. When I was 14 I wanted to paint cars too When I was 16 I dated a mechanic, and I considered doing a mechanics course to become one, most of my friends, are mechanics, and the friends that aren't call me, if they have a problem with their car..

So yeah there ya go.. Based on that, I would say I have alot of experience and know a fair bit about cars :P

i dont know why you are arguing with me about GM and FORD junk...if you have the experience you claim to have, it should be self evident that american cars are lagging behind the likes of avalon, corolla etc.

Ok..

You are sitting there telling me that are junk, when they aren't..

Ok for example..

If you were in an accident in a toyota corolla, do you think you would come out unharmed, I think not..

I was in an accident in a Nissan Pulsar and I was hurt, I was in a accident in my old ford and I wasn't.. I actually hit a corolla, and I did almost $2000 damage to it.. My car didnt have one scratch on it, only thing that happened was the ford badge fell off.. both were low speed accidents, yet I was hurt in the japanese car?

Now compare most Japanese and Korean cars to THAT for safety in high speed accidents.. and I am about 300% sure, the junk, that you are refering to will come out on top..

That is my epxerience talking, and if you want statistics, I am sure my Father wouldnt have a problem providing them.
