It won't matter. A few things will be changed if Kerry is elected, but the country as a whole won't change. Also the public will just find things to harp on kerry just like bush, and almost every other president since the 'media age'.

bush wants to return to the moon, and eventually go to mars, big plus for him in my opinion...

also he wants to scrap the ISS project, which is barely international anymore, several of the contributers wanted to pull out and the US was like: "oh no, no no no, dont do that well pick up your tab..." so the US is paying for more then 70% of the bloody thing... so much for the international effort... to hell with ISS, on to the moon! bush for pres!

Pay close attention to the FCC debate going on about the "raunchy" radio hosts, namely Howard Stern. Bush seems to be on a religious rampage. Which is not good due to the seperation of church and state. Being military I like Bush for what he has done for us, he gave us a war to fight in and some pretty good annual pay raises. But right now his agenda seems a bit screwy. The whole moon and Mars thing is interesting but I think it makes him loook like he is stabbing in the dark for people to support him. I don't think he will be re-elected.

I personally think Kerry is a "yes" man. He agrees with what the popular answer is wherever he might be. At least Bush sticks to his decision, even if half the US thinks it was the wrong one. Bush stands up for what he believes. He might make mistakes, but who doesn't? I bet in 10 years when people will have a different view, they'll look back and say "Ya know, Bush made some really good decisions that affect us positively today." (Even if they don't seem like good decisions now.)

you should ditch the 2 party system
that allows more parties to come and to allow everyones needs to be addreessed

for $1000 you can run for Prime Minister of Canada, get 17% of the votes and you even get it back

some parties that have come into Canada:

Canada's New Democratic Party/Nouveau Parti démocratique du Canada, NDP/NPD
Liberal Party of Canada/Parti Libéral du Canada, LPC/PLC
Conservative Party of Canada/Parti conservateur du Canada
    Bloc Québécois, BQ
Canadian Action Party/Parti Action Canadienne, CAP/PAC
One Big Party (CAP-driven "Unite the Left" campaign)
Christian Heritage Party of Canada/Parti de l'Héritage Chrétien du Canada, CHP/PHC
Communist Party of Canada/Parti communiste du Canada, CPP/PCC
    Confederation of Regions, CoR
    Freedom Party of Canada, FPC
Green Party of Canada/Parti vert du Canada, GPC/PVC
    Grey Party of Canada
    Libertarian Party/Parti Libertarien
    Marijuana Party/Parti Marijuana, MJP/PMJ
Natural Law Party of Canada/Parti de la loi naturelle du Canada, NLP/PLN
    Ontario Party of Canada, OPC
Parti Alternative Nationale/National Alternative Party, PAN/NAP
    Parti Populaire des Putes, PPP
    Rest of Canada Party, ROC

and my favotire The absolutely absurd party of Canada

but that would mean people would have to get educated about the candidates and actually pay attention to the issues!!

Actually, there is a 3rd party running: Ralph Nader for the Green Party, and there has been speculation that Roy Moore might run for the Constitutional Party. (He's the judge that got booted from the bench for displaying a statue of the 10 Commandments outside his courthouse.)

There's lots of other Parties too, but no one is a serious candidate because of lack of funds. <---speculation

despite what you all say about bush only the defecite has grown immensly in large part due to clinton and his comi hippy ways. example us had spies and assasins and so forth from others coountries on the payroll for intellegance word got out ppl object and cliton made an act banning this. then the *plum* hit the fan emabssy bombing and the 98 bombing of the trade centers clintons respons uh . . . lower military budget and disarm half the us arsenal we dont need them. Now we have to pay an arm and a leg to get things back were they were including the intellegence we let back on the payroll the "bad people" cliton didnt like who also have helped us stop many attacks before hand hence since 911 no more attacks on US

ThATKiD': I make it a personal policy to not get involved in these kinds of threads, but that might be one of the most ridiculous rants I've read in weeks.

Cheers!
