funny :D that is actually very clever.... the analogies are quite good, at least the ones I can follow - and it also makes me want to learn other languages so I can see the remaining analogies :D

@bogey: The best damn perl tut is the OReilly books "Learning Perl" and "Advanced Perl" and of course the OReilly "Perl Pocket Reference".

Since moving to Linux I've seen soo many scripting languages I rarely bother to see what language it is I'm working with anymore.

After awhile they all just kinda seem to blend together into a single language with manuals for special functions or certain syntaxes scattered here and there. :scratchhead:
