Proper Facebook Fan Page Web Address?

ALL,

My issue is this,

Macys fan page web address is: Facebook[dot]com/Macys
The NBA fan page web address is: Facebook[dot]com/NBA
Sears fan page web address is: Facebook[dot]com/Sears

BUT, when I set-up my company Fan page the address is: Facebook[dot]com/pages/mycompanyname/92899202.

How do I set-up a Facebook Fan page web address like the above companies like Macys?

You google for.

Get a vanity address for your fanpage and variations of that. They used to require that you have 25 fans < Now called Likes, before you were eligible. But believe that's been changed and anyone can get a vanity/custom URL now.
