You're operating on the assumption that you can only pee once.

There is nothing that says the bottom of the tube is capped, or that the ground under the tube is not porous.

There's also nothing that says the tube has a uniform radius along its entire length -- it could be wide enough at the top to fit the ping pong ball but only a centimeter wide the rest of the length :D

Good Lord! I can't imagine what the dark recesses of your imagination look like, joe. Very Scary!

When I saw Brandon's handle on a post in General, I almost had a heart attack.

From what I can find online, the average male bladder is around 400 milliliters. If you hold it as long as possible you might get 500.

Yes but it can run right thru from the kidneys meaning there is more room than that. I have on at least a couple of occasions, to my chagrin, reached the top while "refilling" a 22oz bottle. Which is why it is safest to always drink widemouth 40's :P

I don't think you'd have to fill the tube. Just get enough in to float it out the other end. Which once it is afloat (presuming a horizontal tube), a hair dryer has a fan in it. You could take the fan out and use it to create wind, sailing the PP ball out. A yo-yo would have been a great addition to that tool kit, but sometimes "you can't always get what you want".

How do you remember a riddle you heard 6 years ago and then put this much brain power into debunking it? You're silly.

I didn't remember it, actually, it looks like the thread was dead even before I joined. I happened to come across it when I was cleaning up old threads. :)

Note to self: Drink massive amount of beer while spelunking. Secondly, bring label for tube as to not forget: "Break seal here to float ping pong ball." Will need lots of fluids to accomplish task. Bring other recreational drugs, too, because even MacGyver is going to laugh at you for trying to escape a cave with a ping pong ball, a basketball, and a hairdryer. You'll need your creative side in FULL swing.
