Riddle me this...

There was a rich man and he had a $100 bill.He went outside to talk to his
neighbor.But, before he went outside he put his $100 bill by his book
titled "Bears" that was 127 pages long. When the rich man came back the $100
bill was gone!! There was only 2 people at that time, there was a maid and a
butlar. The maid said she took the $100 bill and put it on top of the book
titled "Bears" that was 127 pages long. The butlar said that he took the $100 bill
and put it in the book titled "Bears" that was 127 pages long in between the
pages 36 and 37.The rich knew he was not telling the truth.

How?

because 36 and 37 were on opposite sides of the same page...therefor it would be impossible to put the money in between them.

Well usually 1 starts on the right, and then 2 would be on the back... which means 36 and 37 would be on seperate pages and 37 and 38 would be on the same page, since the odd is always on the front part of a page and the even is on the back... so I think you might be wrong assneck.

everyone knows that there is only ONE 127 page book about bears... and everyone knows that THAT book starts with page 1 on the left.
