I left my samsung tablet on charge all night. Now it won't power up. I tried holding power button for 5 seconds and still nothing. I tried looking up support online and it is useless. Worked good for the last year and a half. Any ideas please??

Can you remove the battery from the tablet and then put it back in after about a minute? Or does the back not come off of the tablet?

I've had to do this with my Nexus 7 occasionally. Seems like if you let the battery completely drain (i.e. forget about the tablet for two weeks...), it takes a "hard reset" to get it working again.

I've done it about four times now; that can't be too good for the battery...

Could you uproot the battery from the tablet and afterward set it back in after around a moment? Alternately does the back not fall off of the tablet?
