So there's a sporting event called the superbowl. Happens every year. The television commercial time during the superbowl is the most expensive ad time in the world. Therefore, the commercials being played are as important as the game itself.

 that was so funny!! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come across as totally clueless! I know what the Superbowl is, and I know about the commercials, although I'm not sorry I missed them. I was curious about the Janet Jackson (Michael's sister) thing. But man I haven't laughed so hard in a long while... thanks dM!!

Do you not have a tv? or do you not have cable?

I do not have cable (or regular stations with an antenna for that matter.) I refuse to watch what television has become. (even glimpses of it while at other people's houses is too much for me... ick...)

But I do have a TV and a VCR/DVD combo player which is good for my many many MANY Disney movies... as well as other films that interest me... wow do I sound stuck up? That's not at ALL how I want to come across!

heheh ok. Not having cable is understandable, not having a tv would be weird.

I think we own the whole disney collection, atleast their animations, some of their non-animated movies are not worth owning IMHO.
