DId you all see this on tv? what do you think. I wonder if cbs will be in a legal battle?

Big Tom surprisingly has a lot of balance despite being slightly intoxicated!
Sue gets an offer from Rich she must refuse, it doesn't look as if she forgets about it all too soon either.
It doesn't take a very big person to carry a grudge!

Do you honestly not know what survivor is? They don't have it in Canda?

Survivor airs in Canada; pretty much all US channels do.

I just found out what happened from a friend.

To my knowledge this is what happned:
Sue and richard (both 'survivors') are on this small platform, not big enough for both of them to cross eachother comfotably. Anyways, richard was naked (god knows why) and they had to pass ecahother on this platform. While richard was passing sue he rubbed up against her (remember she was naked) Then I think she freaked and left. Now (months later, since show was filmed a while ago) she is sueing CBS I think.

in other waords, Sue is a drama queen and wants money from sueing people instead of just playing the survivor game and winning.

I might be off, since I am reciting what I was told by my friends.

the man is homosexual. what is she worried about? it's not like he's getting anything out of rubbing against her.

The worst part of the whole thing is how CBS has made such
a big deal about it being "Viewer Discretion Advised" with
warnings everywhere. GIVE ME A BREAK! All from the Super
Bow fiasco with JJ.

WHO CARES?! That's why TV's and radio's have ON/Off switches, isn't it?

lol you guys need to switch to canadian tv, we don't care NEARLY as much about nudity. most channels can show nudity after 9pm as long as they have a age restriction reminder at the begining and at every hour, and if they have a "may contain nudity" after every commercial break
