Yikes, I just went to the free host I used something like 5 years ago and Opera popped up the malicious software warning. 
I think my first site was a hexadecimal color code table that listed all of the web-safe colors over table cells of their own background that I typed out manually rather than using PHP/ASP/etc.
I think the next thing I did was an browser based jukebox for my roommates music collection that pretty much sucked compared to just using something like Winamp.
After that I'm pretty sure I did a Japanapornamation gallery.
