Forbes has released it's rich list of 2009 and Bill Gates reclaimed the number one spot once again, a year after Warren Buffet ended his 13 year stint on the top spot.

Somehow despite losing $18 billion Bill Gates still manages to sit up at the top. In the last year $1.4 trillion has been wiped off the total amassed value of the billionaires with there being 332 less billionaires on the list than there was on last years list.

The stat no one looks at,
add up all the money the nfl players have gotten to date and by far the richest organization would be the nfl (outside of government)

I'd wager that those 332 ex-billionaires still have hundreds of millions of dollars. *shrug. I'd settle for that.

It would appear going by the news today that the economy in the UK is "no longer in free-fall". I'd imagine it is much the same in America seeming as both our economies seem to be sharing the same fate at the moment.

If there are less billionaires then youd expect there to be more money in the world for normal people? Or did the multi-millionaires get their hands on it some how...

And about the UK economy... house prices are STILL going up in some places.

Yeah, the north east of Scotland around Aberdeen is still going strong. I believe Inverness is also doing well too.
