When I first caught this site it was all free and they had close to 40 calls at that time. If they still have some of the same ones listed as a premium member it's probably worth the $35 bucs a year. I remember being just about in tears for almost 2 hours the first time I went through all the calls, and I'm sure they moved all the best ones to the premium membership area. Too bad...some were total classics. There was one guy that thought he was Jesus. Anyone with a customer service background of any kind will appreciate them.
