They discovered that she has cancer or some terminal illness that's going to kill her after they get together and the guy sticks with her anyway ?

I have 2 guesses.

1. A Preppy dance team has to prove themselves against the Getto Dance team that it better then them.

or

2. Racecars painted florescent colors that use a lot of nitrous.
