That dude has got to be a botnet herding spammer, he is just saying that to justify his waste of bandwidth.

Since I can't find this guys email address, I'm thinking about just sending the copies to Virginia citizens and letting them pass the word on.

The only thing stupider than this that I heard today was that the Damian Hirst auction at Sotheby's made more than $198.7 million.
