i'm a highersecondary passed student . I want to start a website. but i'm not able to buy a domain . how can i find out a sponsor? please help me.i'm a newcomer to this field.

There are some free hosting places like geocities, for example. Usually your website will be something like hrishi.something.com if you go that route. Or a myspace page allows you to do some really cool web design stuff for free also.

If you don't like free domains, you may consider to buy domain extensions with extremely low price. For example, you can register new .cn domains at below USD1.0 per year.
