What happened to chatzy.com?

Anyone know the fait of chatzy.com? I use it like i don't know 5 days a week, then last monday I came into work...I tried to log on, but my browser kept spinning. No luck. As far as I can tell they died, disapeared w/out a trace.

Anyone know anything...holler back.

I did a port scan on that site out of curiosity, and

"The host http://www.chatzy.com does not have a service running on port 80 (http)."
