I'm used to A and B both, but B catches my eye the quickest since it appears in the FF address bar automatically.

I have to say B also because of Operas' address bar. I tend to see larger versions (32X32 ?) in alot of places that like to place emphasis on their RSS feeds.

Feedburner mentions that icon being a standard, but they just point to a site called feedicons.com where after some digging leads to finding out it's a Mozilla established standard.

I'd say B as well. I see loads of that sign, it's like it has become synonimous with 'RSS'

I'm jumping on the B bandwagon with everyone else here. I used to see A a lot more in the past but in my opinion B is more common now.

I wonder which part is the standard, the icon or just those broadcast-wave-looking things.

FF3 on Gnome just uses the wave portion.
