Here's something I wish my browser would give me the ability to do.
Bookmark pages, optionally saving the scroll position.

There's a normal bookmark functionality now, which is generally great. However sometimes I find myself needing, or wanting, to close a page and do something else, but the nearest anchor I can find isn't in view. This means I have to figure out where exactly I was when I come back to the page using the pages anchor links as bookmarks.

I'd like an option when saving a bookmark, to save the scroll position of the window when I save the bookmark.

What would you like your browser to do ?

Some of the things browsers do today, were my homework when I was in school.

You know the one thing that I think computers in general are lacking and the one thing I would like a browser to do for me is when I see a picture of a grilled steak, I want to smell it. That olfactory sensation has been completely overlooked.

Browsers should come with a phone/chat thing. So you plug in your headphones click a button and browse the web while talking to someone on the other side of the planet.

This way you won't have to have two programs open to do that. Maybe their is an extension for this already...

It's an odd thing how some browsers are moving to incorporate everything into one application, and others are moving to split one application up into many. I wonder which model will prevail.
