Mmmm, lambwich.

Well I made it to brunch and I did make a lambwich. :)

Sauteed sweet onions, added some slices of lamb, then tossed in some crumbled blue cheese. Let the cheese get just melty and slapped it all between toasted sourdough bread.

Move over cold meatloaf sandwich with ketchup and pickle! I have a new favorite.

Green eggs and lamb.

I had some tenderloin from the monster deer my cousin shot for dinner on Saturday, that was my payment for helping him drag it out of the woods and then butcher it. Sweet mother of everything holy that was some freaking good meat. We pretty much just cut them out of the deer then threw them in the broiler and ate, it was so tender and juicy.
