windows media player

In windows media player i am able to play a video file (3gp) but not able to hear the audio. please help me out

i had taken a video in my mobile phone, now i want to play the video in my computer, i am able to see the video but not able to hear the audio. please help me

Try installing the 3GP codec for WMP: http://www.downloadatoz.com/codecs/wind ... -codec.php

edit: you could always convert it to a more supported file like mp4: http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dv ... verter.htm

I agree, may the problem concerns codecs?
