I'm looking for a software to help plan out work schedules. This would be for up to 40 employees. Any Ideas?

The people requesting this have now changed what what they are looking for.

They want to track the employee and the classes they are giving.
They want to track what students are supposed to be in these classes.

Does MS Project do this?
