I am about to reset my database for all my customers, since it's about 1 gig and it's all old data. I have backed up that database just in case I want it...

It consists of lots of info though.

-Where traffic comes from (search engine keywords or referrer URL)
-What browers people are using
-The IP's of about 25 million visitors that viewed my google ads
-The IP's of about 100,000 visitors that clicked on those google ads
-Where people clicked on those google ads - yes I actually tracked the x,y position of where people click on the ads.

Would any of this data be useful for anyone? It's really annonymous data, not linked to anyone or website. So if you want to use it for statistics or you could get some information out of it I could send you the database.

I think the interesting part would be to anazlyse the data on where people actually clicked on google ads. I would love to make a color map JPG that shows this info. Black for nobody clicked, hot white for a few, and the rainbow in between. I think it would be an interesting plasma image that would be usefor for advertisers.

Just a thought...

If I wanted the data base, how would you transfer the data? Would you give me a temporary FTP account on a server?

The upload/download thing sounds good but I thought of another problem. I'm not running mysql. What do I have to do to open the file?

Hi,

I am looking for click data for my research. If you still have the data in any format, can you kindly pass it on to me?

Abhishek
