Excellent view. But 3D camera is still not available in the market. The price of this camera is little bit high. It also need to a 3D monitor to run 3D video or image.

There's the Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D camera for $1000... kind of gives perspective of how expensive 3D technology is... and that's (as far as I understand) pictures only.

At the bottom of that link, it kind of describes the 3D technology and some features of the camera.

This is a good advancement in technology. the onus is now on the companies providing the hardware(3d glasses) to bring down the prices so more people can enjoy 3D movies on youtube

Wow. That's really a good news that 3D videos are supported by the YouTube; but do all can see these videos just as regular or different players need to be installed..?

I don't think you need anything special but flash installed... at least for now. The developer of the stereoscopic player says that the player isn't his primary project and updates to it would come slowly. The player is in it's early stage.

I didn't have to install anything new to see the movies shown in 3D. I didn't get to see them in 3D as I don't have the glasses or suitable monitor to show 3D, but it's there and I think it runs off flash rather then some specialized player.

It doesn't require any special monitors and all you need is the 3D glass to view the pic in 3D.

That's what I thought. Thanks for clarifying it
