How long does google take to approve adsense for a domain?

I recently registered a domain name, and I want to park it there and put Google Adsense on the domain, and see if it can generate any traffic or income from that. How long does it typically take for Google Adsense to approve a new account?

There is no fix time for approval but according to my experience it may take 7 to 15 days for approval. Please read http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/A ... 8835&hl=en

The whole verification process for google adsense is becoming harder and harder all you need to have is a good content in your website.
