Problem with numerous entries on Google Maps for an address

I've ran into a little problem with a resort center and Google Maps.

The problem is that they have more than one entry on Google Maps. Both the Center and the Restaurant can be found via Google Maps on the same address.

The thing is that, the "main" company (the Resort center) isn't the first thing that is found, but rather the restaurant.

Should they edit the first one, so it reflects the company instead of the restaurant, or what would you guys do?

They have about 5 entries on google maps, from all kind of sources.
