Adsense For Domains, on New Domains

I was looking at Googles' Adsense for Domains program and I'm wondering how exactly it would work with a brand new domain. Is this something I could go out and register fifty $0.99 keyword rich *.info domains from Godaddy at a total cost of $50 for a year for, or would it be a waste to use Googles' domain parking service on domains that don't currently have some sort of traffic going to them ?
