Buying PR links!

1. How much will buying PR links help a website who didn't do SEO or linkexchange at all to get traffic?
2. Are those companies reliaible who selling PR links?
3. Does anyone know a reliaible company?

Well, Buying PR Links help's many people. The more backlinks you are getting the higher your PR/Rankings

It is very difficult to determine how much any given link, purchased or otherwise, actually helps. I think it has helped me. For the anchor text I used, I moved very quickly from Google page 6 to page 1 (#6 overall).

I plan to buy another once I can afford it. There are some really bad link sellers out there though. So, I'd search various SEO forums before I did business with any.
