Calculating PR need help....

I know that PR is distributed accross all the links on a page that are outbound, my question is if i have a PR4 page with say 30 links into other portions of my site at PR4 and only 20 links off that page to other sites? do i count the links outbound only leaving the site(domain)? or should i cound total outbound? I want to calculate the PR per page leaving the main domain to other websites...

plus anybody have a good PR calculator they use online let me know. thanks for the help.

All links on a page are counted (internal and external) when calculating PR.
