yes, MSN is all based on the tags, actually it is very easy to get good ranking in MSN, but of course not to many people use MSN to search.

Good post about researching about the site. The other tools for keyword researching or finding real competition for your keyword type this in google: intitle:marketing inurl:marketing inanchor:marketing if marketing is your targeted keyword.

If your keyphrase is two word length like marketing uk then type the following in google :
intitle:marketing+uk inurl:marketing+uk inanchor:marketing+uk

Only the sites listed in this query are real competitors for your keyphrase "marketing uk". If you do a search for "marketing uk" you will get very high number of results and don't get shocked or drop the keyword for this. do intitle: inurl: inanchor query to find out real competition. This will help in deciding which keyphrase to target when building keywords for your site.

for http://www.yahoo.com * http://yahoo.com both are the different urls and sometimes due to this Google can place our website in supplement result. and give a penalty of duplicate content so please redirect your url in htaccess file from non www to www website.

hey what about my website...it had page rank 2 and now it is 0 ..but when i see on google cache it shows 4 and then in mozilla it is 0...

Use toplists! Tha Aardvark topsites pages are the best, because you will get a link to the main page, if you have some visitors.

I have found that MSN is the most accurate for checking your backlink status as google can take anywhere up to six months to display backlinks to your site and doesnt always show all backlinks only important ones in their eyes.
