then both will show same PR.

Hi,

When I am typing link: http://www.abc.com its showing a lost of links in the search results.

Can anyone please tell me what is the difference between

link:www.abc.com and link: http://www.abc.com and why they are showing different results.

Technically http://somesite.com and http://www.somesite.com are two different sites ... however most of the time they both work, but it is a server setting and may not always be true.

This is getting a bit off-topic.

Link:Url does not show all and every link pointing back to any given domain.

Google does play lots of hide n seek when it comes to displaying important information such as number of backlinks.
