which kw is effective to optimize with..

I use Google Adwords Keyword Tool and find it helpful to find my target keywords.

You should definitely use Google Adwords keyword tool and check on KW's related to your site's niche. Pick them having in mind that higher popularity means higher traffic but also higher competition levels. Mix high and low competition keywords to get best results.
