Get good back links with higher PR. It solves the problem.

Get links pointing to your site that are on the same topic or similar topic to yours and has got PR.

Write articles and submit them to directories

Get your site viral and sites will automatically link to yours

Ummm, can think of anymore right now.

- Setup a good word press blog with unique content and ping the rss feed frequently.

- Write press releases and submit them all over the web.

- Become active in some of the social networks.

- Place a link to your site in forums and blogs related to your site.

- Do not link out from your site to much and try to keep a small amount of links on your home page.

- Do not exchange links, find links from web sites you do not have to link back to.

- And of course submit to directories.

- There's much more, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Get High PR links from other relevant sites as much as you can.

Do the above steps 5 times.

You will get the PR.

Make sure to consult dmoz and the google directory to find sites that are relevant to yours.

Submit your website to high quality directories and buy some links..
In the next update you can expect some good PR

Get a few .edu and/or .gov high pr(6 up) links. they are not so cheap, 50$ up.

But they have a HUGE effect on your ranking after 2-3 month. I got a few myself to my site, Cant be more satisfay !

One thing, ignore previous comment about not including many outgoing links on your site.
If you include links to quality sites in your niche, links which enhance your visitors experience, AND include you keyword in your link, it will benefit you.
"Google guy" an ex-employee of google advises this very thing and detailed an entire list of things to do to make a successful site, i.e. a site with a good PR.

Avoid to go for buying links it does not benefit you......try to get natural links or One-way links through directory and article submission these are the most valuable links and only a few one way links from higher PR sites can give you a good PR in next coming PR updates.......

If u have less budget then get some free backlinks by doing directory submission and article submission ... and buy few paid links pointing towards ur site with high PR sites.

and am sure u will get ur needful for sure in low budget.

and if u do not wanna spend any money then u shud go for blog... as its very supportive and ... On blog post minimum of 4 articles in a week which must be important for ur reader or visitors to come back too ...

by this u will get good PR and visitors too.
