i am doing some seo consulting for 2 pet website.

keyword: Pet Drugs

website: http://www.totalpetsupply.com
http://www.petcarechoice.com

both are ranked 11 and 12 in google

any suggestions on getting them ranked in the top 10

Look at the sites in the top ten and try to figure out why they are where they are.

On totalpetsupply.com I didn't even find the phrase "pet drugs" anywhere on the home page content.

How can you run a legitimate SEO business and not know that keywords in your content is important. Is this for real?

try to double work your link building and study the keywords of your competitor site, you can also use the keywords on your title and metas

Submit your sites to many popular Search Engine(s) or/and Web Directories, and then, build more high-quality back links with them. Broadcast your site URL(s) in many popular forums or/and E-Commerce sites.
