Sign up in different blog providers. Don't create too many blogs under one platform or you will get banned. I experienced this with wordpress.
In addition, i suggest joining in shopping forums. There is a good listing in Google.

Links from different IP addresses are going to be great. They could be coming from blogs as posts and also comments, the article submitting directories as well as social bookmarking sites, etc.
