this is 15/07/2005 Google PageRank Update ! And the most interesting
PR update i ever seen , so strange  Our competitor jump PR7 from PR5

but this so fresh and still going on some sites. main sub pages gained same PR as homepage also crosslinking pages incredibly worked even new sites have incredible jump like 0 to 6 .. Hard changes on PR algo, lets see if those hard changes will be appeared on SERPs , hope not because old sites will have to share their traffic with new [possible crap] sites easily.

Of course there are pagerank 10s!

These are not websites by any means...once you are that big they are called apps.

http://www.amazon.com is a PR 10 - but for some reason you can't log on to http://www.amazon.com it redirects

http://www.adobe.com is another one PR10

These sites grow everyday...

I see AllDotNet moving up from 2 to 3. Also see almost all internal pages moving from 0 to 2.

WebHostRank moving to 2

Rest of the site are at same PR.

My site went from 0 - 4 and my internal pages went from 0 to 3
but I still don't see my site in the first 15 results pages for vintage clothing.

Most of my competitors have a 5 so I still have to figure out how to do better.

I also see some sites with a 6 that are below sites that have a 5. Anyone know why that is?

Because googles search algorithm is not primarily based onyour PR score. You could have a PR 7 and still not rank for vintage clothing if the rest of the pieces were not in place.

Seems a bit like they may have upped PageRank ratings generally - without that necessarily meaning an improvement in relative ranking.

One of my sites went from a PR2 to a PR3 - with improvement on the internal pages - but overall ranking in Google for relevant search terms declined (a little) rather than improved.

Anyone experiencing similar?

Or do I just need to wait for the PR change to have impact on the serps?

Drat. I'm lost, why did my forum go from 4 to 3 when the only thing that changed was that there is extra posts. My other site was a two and still is a two, my other site which I expected to beat all of them is still stuck at 0. And this is all AFTER I make that site so SEO friendly its not even funny.
