Google is already updating PR.
A lot of our site got PR changes in some datacenters.

My site has seen update/increase from 6 to 8 at many datacenters, definitely there is update going on.

I am getting a PR4 on most datacentres for my forum now, was a PR3. :)

yes google has updated PR, and they usually update once every 3 to 4 months,

Yeah PR is updated few days before and my all sites PR went UP and not down... and a new site which i was looking for got PR of 4 as it was pr 0 ...

Its feeling Good. but still working on the link building as it won't stop for good ranking too.

I had several sites that I have been working very aggressiviely on this year and they stayed the same. I also have several that I had put on the back burner and some of them dropped a point. To me it seems like Google is upping the ante across the board - PR is a moving target.

Also, I noticed that there no longer appears to be a white bar. Pages that used to have a white bar now have a gray bar - including some pages on Ozzu. Did Google get rid of the gray bar? Does a gray bar no longer signify the negative consequences that it once did?

Yes! This is Google Toolbar Update 2008 happened on 13th Jan.

All of my websites got increased PR and Backlinks now.
