Is there any limit for a Google search query ?

Is there any limit for words in a search query at Google? Or can I type n number of words in search query? How many words does Google take for searching a query? Thanks in advance.

Didn't it occur to you to actually search google to find the answer? Took me all of 5 seconds.

2048 characters (including spaces)is very long to search.

Generally people use 2-3 words for their desired search.
