AMD Athlon XP 2600 Stock cooler

Hey pplz just got back from camping! 
Im thinking about Buying the AMD XP 2600 Stock cooler b/c i heard it would as good as my Veryloud Thermaltake Valcano 12. (but not as loud)

And sholud i even bother Replacing it?
The noise is VERY anoying on my Valcano. Good Temps on it though!
Lol i always Buy my Procs OEM. so i dont kn0w.
