I have not heard anything good about this company. Maximum PC did an article on them and they could not produce any systems for them to review then they dissappeared for a while. They have been around for a few years and about a month ago their website was down so I thought they were gone.

The monitors they have on their site are cool. Now if I could just figure out how to add one to my cart and buy it, I'd be able to tell you how good their customer service is.

Go-L is for all intents and purposes out of business. They created or designed nothing new that a normal computer geek couldn't accomplish on their own. They never actually built or sold any systems that matched what was ever posted. They do not have a legal business license, and will never get one.

They are trying to get the capital to get off the ground, but nobody will ever give them a dime. They offer nothing but flashy animations and awe-inspiring specs on hardware that DOES NOT EXIST.

A friend of mine spent thousands of dollars (he coudln't afford, mind you) and never received a system from them. Hundreds of phone calls, thousands of E-mails. Nothing... He finally hired a private investigator. He said that the company had no manufacturing plant, and no real office. The address listed to them is a vacant suite. My friend called the District Attorney and his bank. The bank gave him his money back, and before the District Attorney could file charges, the company fell off the face of the earth.

Two months later he recieved a check and a letter from a Lisa Ciesniewski asking him to "dispose" of the private investigators report.

The check bounced.

Go-L is a sham (if not an outright scam)
My old boss tried to order a few of the 6 panel monitors from them. He was told first that they were on back order, then they were having a problem with their supplier, then that they were no longer making the 6 panel displays because of lack of demand.

I have heard similar reports from many people. Nobody I know has ever been successful in ordering ANYTHING from them.

My perspective is that the whole thing is a hoax. The few time I have tried (2 years ago, I was skeptical then), their order page didn't work.

Basically. And now they want $2M - $5M from investors.

From what little intelligence I can gather. The women who orchestrates this and other scams that have failed int he past goes by the name of Lisa Ciesniewski.

The only problem is she doesn't have a social security number under that name, no legal address, and no federal tax ID. She also has not filed any taxes. The name is probably an alias, most likely just a different last name or spelling of the last name.

Back when my buddy had his ordeal he spent a few hours at the local FBI office. They had investigated a few internet and postal mail scams that had her name attached. They also found a few classified ads with her name on it. However, all the information they gathered doesn't really give them any proof of a crime, they also cannot verify her real identity and probably won't until there is concrete proof of fraud that crosses state lines.

That has a wealth of information. I'll call my buddy, get him to dig up that FBI guy's card and give him a call.
