Bios Problem

I have Gigabyte GA-8knxp Rev.2 Motherboard. It works fine until I upgrade the bios to FK. Then it became unstable. So when I try to install or run windows xp or Linux restart every time. Any ideas?

revert back to a previous bios?

I solve the problem. I ask from gigabyte to sent me the first bios. They send it to me yesterday. Thank you guys.
