building a new pc connecting system fan

hey new to this but i am building my own comp i have two case fans one connected straght to psu and toher to motherboard i also have a psu fan speed monitor on my mtoher board i have two aux fan connectors and one system fan connector what is the diffrence and what do i plug into the system fan:S thanks

Sorry for the delay, hopefully you will get this. The connectors on the MoBo are for additional case fans. depending on the mobo it can read the fan speed of the additional fans. Your case would have to support additional fans as well as the fans being able to read their speed in order for the info to come across through the motherboard. As for the connection straight to the PSU or the MoBo, the mobo can read info about the fan and might be able to control it if the fan is multispeed and if your mobo is smart enough to do it. either way as long as it works you should be good.
